Skyfall

The world of espionage is changing and thats a really big theme in this new Bond film, directed by Sam Mendes. Bond's mission is to basically capture Raoul Silva, a hacker that releases the identity of MI6 agents every week. James Bond of course is played by Daniel Craig and Raoul Silva is played by Javier Bardem. A new obstacle that has not been thought of in the other Bond films is that Bond isn't going to stay young forever, when played by the same actor. He is a veteran that must adapt to the new age of computers and youth. The action scenes are daring and very imaginative. One thing this film does, that is interesting, is that it really treats death like it's nothing. There are a few occasions when this doesn't happen, but for the most part when someone dies it's no big deal! I mean of course people are going to die it is James Bond but the way it's done interesting. I'm not saying it's bad or good it is just something to be thought about. Daniel Craig does a great job by really separating himself from the other  actors that have played Bond. In this movie we are reminded that Bond is a human with feeling just like all of us but is also ruthless. It's definitely one of the best James Bond films yet.

3.5 out of 4 stars
